We;ve had a couple requests to pay with PayPal, and while we don't yet support PayPal payments, it is possible to pay for subscriptions through them.
PayPal offers a very nice plugin to generate secure credit card numbers that will work anywhere, including MrsRiley.com. You can download the plugin here and generate cards from your browser or simply generate them from your paypal page (option becomes available after downloading the plugin).
I've used this service a number of times, and I love it. After creating a new secure card you'll be given a credit card number, expiration date, and cvv like you would on a normal card. All payments made with this come directly out of your PayPal account.
