If you visited Mrs. Riley from 5/20 to 5/27, you would have had a hard time not noticing the glaring message that explained our outgoing email was not working properly. Well it took some time and effort but I think it's resolved.
The issue was mainly with sending email to Yahoo, Google, and Hotmail accounts. Because of the way our servers were misconfigured, these email services all decided at once that we were sending junk mail and started eating our emails. Unfortunately, they didn't bounce them back, the emails are just gone.
So, if you were (or are) expecting an email from Mrs. Riley during this time, say a receipt or a lost password email, drop a note in here and I'll get you fixed up. And again, sorry for any inconvenience.

About Mrs. Riley
Mrs. Riley was created so professionals, teachers, and parents could collaboratively make educational materials, starting with picture cards. If you've ever made a picture card with a custom image yourself, you know that it can be tedious. We understand and after going through it ourselves for so long, we decided to wrap the entire process into a single online application.

Update:
Gmail and Hotmail are accepting our emails just fine. Yahoo is often not. If you are a Yahoo email user, add support@mrsriley.com and mrsriley@mrsriley.com to your contacts list to ensure you receive emails from Mrs. Riley.
