Sometimes I open the site and I'm logged in and other times I need to log in. Im trying to work around a problem and want to try logging in and out to see if it will help, but I don't know how. Any suggestions?

Underneath you avatar/picture in the top right corner you'll find a "Sign Out" link. Click that to log out. You'll then be displayed a login box where your avatar/picture used to be.

We do our best to remember you so you don't have to log in each time you visit the site, but if you use a different computer or clear your browser cookies then we can't identify who you are. In those cases you'll need to log in again.

What problem is it that you're trying to solve?

No signout link underneath my avatar. hmmm......whatever.

I was logging out to try to "reboot" the site after getting stuck a couple of times, like when I was trying to find a similar picture (link on the bottom of the search panel) and the site kind-of froze (not completely but I couldn't do what I wanted to do) and I tried to get out of it a little so that I could continue on my project. But there's no logout button on my screen.
Great site, though!

I'm sorry, it appears that you were in PageBuilder, and my instructions would not apply. The "sign out" link, avatar, etc. only appear while on the site. For example, in forums here you should see you picture (yours seems to be the default green bird) in the top right corner of the site. Below that picture are "Go to Profile" and "Sign out." Signing out here will also sign you out of PageBuilder.

If you're having trouble with PageBuilder freezing then I'd like to get the details so that I can help. What is it you were trying to do at the time? What went wrong?

OK - got it now. My issue was that the page froze when I was clicked "find similar picture" on the search panel and I couldn't get it to continue. It wouldn't open up pictures of anything that I clicked on, even thought it allowed me to click and changed to a different page/panel. Does that make sense? I haven't had the problem since, so maybe it was my computer having a bad day, but whatever it was, it's OK now.
Thanks.

We ordered a three user license, but have not received a key or instructions.  Order # 3383.  I have submitted two (2) requests for help with no response.

About Mrs. Riley

Mrs. Riley was created so professionals, teachers, and parents could collaboratively make educational materials, starting with picture cards. If you've ever made a picture card with a custom image yourself, you know that it can be tedious. We understand and after going through it ourselves for so long, we decided to wrap the entire process into a single online application.
