Well, we certainly don't want that to happen! Could you please let us know what web browser and operating system you're using? That will help us track down the bug and squash it as quickly as possible.

It could be because the filename that you're trying to use contains some unwanted characters. If the border of the box where the filename is turns red, put your mouse cursor inside it and it will tell you what characters you cannot use.

This is not the most usable thing right now and we'll be looking at fixing it in the future. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This issue was fixed last week. Is it still a problem for anyone?

I'm having that same problem; the save bar never gets all the way full, and then it doesn't open all the way either, even though in the page viewer it looks like it's all there.

Internet Explorer, using Vista

Hmm... so does the file save? Can you tell me which file of yours it is?

Handwashing steps, toileting routine, wash hands. I can't get it to load completely after saving, and then when saving it never actually finishes because it hangs up. Looks like it does, though on the page viewer.

Well, I tested those files in IE8 and IE6 and they loaded and saved ok. If you have any other browsers on your computer, maybe you could try one to see if it works. Another thought is to make sure your version of Flash is current. Go here to check:

Hopefully we can track the issue down and thanks for letting me know.

I downloaded the new flash player and was able to open one file, but not others. I tried making it again, and it did the same hang-up thing.

I have IE version 7

Thanks for your help. I really want to make lots of boards!

Staisey -

Ok, I tried it in Vista/IE7 and the silly thing still works. :)

Some other things I can think of to try:

- Try changing the settings in your Internet Options in Internet Explorer. I tested on Medium-High security, Accept all Cookies, Javascript is on. Maybe something is set too restrictively.

- If you're running any special Internet Security software, try disabling it for a bit to see if that helps.

- Just as a test, if you'd be up for it, try installing Firefox as an alternate browser. I'd still like to get things working for you under IE7, but this would at least narrow down for us whether it was the browser or some broader issue on your system or connection.
