I just made a fix that will make it so folks with small screens (800x600 resolution) can see the print button now. Before when the page was in Portrait orientation, it was hanging off of the bottom of the screen.
If anyone else has issues printing for other reasons, feel free to drop a note in here and we'll investigate it pronto.
