It says I can add more pages to a file--say I want to have 6 pages of bingo sheets each with different content--but I drag the template and it doesn't add a new page, the only way i found was to pull up the page icon from the page list, drop it, and then pull it out again and then drag new cards onto the ones that are already on the page--can't I just drag over a new blank template for the next one? And what if I want to have different sizes in the same file--say have a large bingo with few items and then a smaller one with more items, all in the same file. There is no explanation of how the pages work so I have no way to visualize the final result. I also am struggling with having so many options for pictures when doing a search, that I cannot see them all at a glance, but have to scroll through them all, very time-consuming when I might want to compare two to make a final choice--can't al the card in a file be shown in thumbnails? And when I edit one card within a selection (for example, I have a bunch of pictures of toys, choose one, rename it because I like it but not the name,) and then want to go back to the say assortment to find another picture, I have to search for it all over again. It sure is cumbersome and takes a lot of time. What am I missing here?

About Mrs. Riley
Mrs. Riley was created so professionals, teachers, and parents could collaboratively make educational materials, starting with picture cards. If you've ever made a picture card with a custom image yourself, you know that it can be tedious. We understand and after going through it ourselves for so long, we decided to wrap the entire process into a single online application.

This should work. To add a new page to a file, open up the Templates List and drag the template of your choice into the Page List that runs across the bottom of the main window. Make sure to drag it into the empty space next to the existing pages... that might be the point of confusion.

I'm glad you found this... this is the way to clone an existing page. Nice!
And what if I want to have different sizes in the same file--say have a large bingo with few items and then a smaller one with more items, all in the same file.
Like I described above, just drag the template of your choice into the list.
I also am struggling with having so many options for pictures when doing a search, that I cannot see them all at a glance, but have to scroll through them all

I'm not sure what you mean here. A search can return many cards, but usually most users scroll through until they see a picture they like, drag it to their page or to their saved stuff, and move on.
And when I edit one card within a selection (for example, I have a bunch of pictures of toys, choose one, rename it because I like it but not the name,) and then want to go back to the say assortment to find another picture, I have to search for it all over again. It sure is cumbersome and takes a lot of time.
I agree that it would be nice to be able to swap between the different panels that pop up, like search, card editor, etc, without having to search again. This is something we'll keep in mind for future releases. Thanks for taking the time to point it out.
If you have additional feedback or questions feel free to fire away here. And if anyone else wants to chime in with their thoughts, don't hesitate to!
Cheers,
