Hey Ben - great intuitive site! Few feedback items:
1. When I try to create a new card and upload image from my laptop, I get Error - security issue with uploading. Using Firefox. Is there a max size with uploading images?
2. each time I launch Mrs.Riley, I get the demo. I deselect the checkbox so that I don't get it next time, but I continue to get it on subsequent logins. Seems like my change in settings it not being saved.
3. Seems like there should be some navigation buttons on each page - such as go back, home, etc, so you dont have to hit the back button on the browser all the time.
4. When I hit the feedback icon and report an issue and hit send, the form does not do anything

Ok, 1 and 4 are fixed. You may need to clear your browser cache to ensure that you're downloading the latest version of PageBuilder. Directions are here:

I'm still having trouble with #'s 1 and 4 mentioned above.
Also, I have a suggestion for the page where you build new picture pages. It would be so nice to have an area where you could drag/drop images that you want to use but maybe not on the current template you are using. For instance, say I'm working on a lunchtime routine template but I find a really neat image for a restaurant while I'm searching. It would be so great to have a place to put that image while I finish the current template. That way I don't have to go through and search all over again (I'm also likely to forget what I found and the words I used to search for it -- that's what having 6 kids will do to you:-)

So you cleared your browser cache and you still get a "security error" when uploading images? Any further info about what's going on would be great.
The idea of having a place to put cards you're not using on the current template is just the reason we created the Collection on the left side of PageBuilder. Not only can you drag cards from it, but you can also drag cards to it. If you drag a card to the right hand side of the Collection, the Card List, it will add the card to the currently highlighted Deck. If you drag a card to the Deck List on the left hand side of the collection, it will create a new Deck with just that card in it. The Deck Editor will pop up and you will be able to name the deck.
And of course, double clicking on any card or deck will bring up its corresponding editor where you can change its name, style, etc.
This is all stuff that is not documented yet, though we were hoping it would be intuitive enough that everyone would discover it. I think some folks do, and some don't, so we need to do a better job of teaching all of the features of PageBuilder.
Please post back and let us know if this works for what you need.

I just joined and I need to cards a little larger. How can I make them larger?
Debra, you can request a new template with the cards the size you'd like. Please head over to the "Template Requests" topic to do that.

This is wonderful!!! I see where I can even edit the photos to change the name to one I would like. The only problem I am having with that is it won't accept my font تبينيب can you see that ?? When I try to type that in the edit box it comes up blank , can you fix that ?

I'm sorry but at this point we only have one font and it is Arial.
It is really fantastic how many folks we have visiting that are interested in using Mrs. Riley for multiple languages, and we hope to support it soon.

Where do you pages that have been saved for public use?
Thanks,
Cat
Cat,
Hello there! When you are looking for pages saved for public use, just launch PageBuilder and click on the binoculars. You will then see a list of all the shared pages. If you are looking for a specific type of shared page you can search for a key word in the search box and you will get all the relevant results. Hope this helps. If you still have trouble please let us know.
We are so glad you are part of the Mrs. Riley community.

About Mrs. Riley
Mrs. Riley was created so professionals, teachers, and parents could collaboratively make educational materials, starting with picture cards. If you've ever made a picture card with a custom image yourself, you know that it can be tedious. We understand and after going through it ourselves for so long, we decided to wrap the entire process into a single online application.

Sorry for the frustration but thanks for pointing these things out. This kind of feedback is invaluable!
1,2, and 4 are definite bugs. We're working on them and I think they all have items on mrsriley.uservoice.com so you can track their progress.
3 is a good point. Once inside PageBuilder, navigation becomes "inside of PageBuilder", with the New, Open, and Find buttons. Clicking on the PageBuilder logo will return you to the main site. This can probably be improved but hopefully through better documentation everyone will grow accustomed to it.
Thanks again
